We may not be BORACAY.

We may not be BOHOL.

We may not be PALAWAN.

But we know how to PARTY on a HOT Summer!

Sarangani and General Santos will be two of the places that you might book a flight for this Summer. SarGen (short for Sarangani and Gensan) got sizzling hot Summer Fest for all of you Beach Lovers.

Mark your calendar. First week of May, Gensan will have its very first
DadSan Festival - a 3day Summer Festivities that you would surely come back for once you experience it. Click this for more details.

After beach bumming at the Queen Tuna Park of Gensan, you may pack your bags for another Summer Adventure. Just an hour ride away from General Santos City, Sarangani Province will be serving you their infamous Sarangani Bay Fest. Click this for more details.

Enjoy the beach and the activities in Sarangani and General Santos City this month of May with the DadSan Fest and Sarbay Fest.

CALDA or Mamma Marias?

If you had been going around General Santos City lately, you must have noticed that there are lots of FOOD JOINTS sprouting like mushrooms. Another sign that the Tuna Capital of the Philippines is indeed progressing. Two places that are claiming popularity these days are the Pizza Joints - Calda Pizza and Mamma Maria's Pizzeria.

Both serve  affordable, large pizzas reaching up to 36 inches with different toppings to choose from. In case you been out of this planet and didn't heard about these two pizza joints, let me compare the two according to AMBIANCE, SERVING STAFF and FOOD.

Ambiance:
Mamma Maria's Pizzeria is more on the higher-end compared to Calda which features an outdoor seating. Mamma Maria's has good interiors that can be appreciated by groups and can be equally romantic for lovers while the latter is more of for the cowboy types with the picnic-like tables they use. I love the clean and dry comfort room of Mamma Maria's unlike those of CALDAs which lacks maintenance. Both are small, neither one can serve more than fifty people at once because of location restrictions. For coziness, I'll give the star for this category to Mamma Maria's Pizzeria.

Life is such a Drag

Who said it wasn't? We experience ups & downs that produce different outcomes depending on how we view the situation. Nothing good is good when you are pessimistic, and likewise, nothing is bad when you are optimistic.

The single life has always been my unthinkable release. I'm not quite sure how to explain the phrase but it's not a greatest fear nor an unbearable moment in time. But there is one thing that I am sure of and that is I can never imagine myself without a love interest. (LOLs) Whether it is a mutual understanding with the opposite sex, an unrequited love or simply a crush. I know it's so "high school" but I never really changed since then. I may have a slight to extreme alteration in my attitude however I believe that the bottom line is I am still the same me. A mixture or ambivalent feelings yet happy, irrational but weird, boring but fun, shy but out going & a wimp but a fighter.
